This Tony Grove engagement session with Emilee and Kyle was perfect. When I came across Kahaia,  another Logan Utah photographer, I knew I needed to go second shooting with her someday. If anyone can capture genuine emotion – it’s her! I reached out to her and she was so down to earth and sweet. She kindly let me come along to a session and I learned so, so much! I literally went home and wrote furiously in my journal to try and log it all away.

 

I had a blast getting to know Emilee and Kyle, learning from Kahaia, and taking some pictures of my own. The whole time during the session we could hear cows mooing up a storm and saw a few grazing nearby us. Then on the way home, we were pulling out of Tony Grove only to find out that all the mooing we had been hearing was really sheep bleating. They were sheep herding! So we hopped out the car, took a few more pictures, and once we got back in they had moved the sheep off the road and into the hillside again. There’s always a fun, unexpected adventure at photo sessions!
