Olivia and Tanner are such a gorgeous couple! They were the sweetest and agreed to get dressed up again in their beautiful wedding dress and suit so that I could try my hand as a Logan Utah bridal photographer with them. It’s always nice to have an excuse to get dolled up and wear your wedding dress again, right?

 

I met Olivia and Tanner initially in our married student ward. Then we both moved… and a few months later we were in the same ward again, but a different one this time! I knew I wanted to do a styled shoot with them and they were sweet enough to say yes! Olivia and Tanner are so down to earth and fun. Their families were friends for a long time, so even though they lived in Utah and New Mexico growing up, Tanner and Olivia knew of each other. Olivia was brave and wrote Tanner on his mission and the rest is history – complete with a summer in Alaska and a one year anniversary ride to a glacier ????, they’ve been married over a year now!

 

When we pulled up for our session, there was a big ROTC group practicing, so we crossed our fingers that we wouldn’t hear “take cover!” or anything too exciting during our session ????  thankfully we didn’t. Tanner and Olivia got married in the summer, so they were such good sports to do this session in the cold. I knew they would be the perfect models, and I was right!
