Frequently Asked Questions:
How are models compensated?
The products sent + the images are given to models as payment. If the products needs to be returned, client must make that clear, include a return label, and pay models in cash or product credit.
Do you clip product photos?
Yes! We are happy to have product photos clipped to provide the white, crisp background for your shop. For each clipped photo, an additional charge of $1-2 will apply.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you received subscription pricing for any shoots, you just pay the difference between the discounted subscription price and one time shoot price plus any shoot-specific expenses.
Who owns copyright for the images?
The copyright for the images is retained by Lauren Kay Photography and a limited license is provided to the client. Full releases are available if specified before the contract is signed and for an additional charge.
How fast do I get the images back?
From when you reach out to the gallery delivery, we guarantee no longer than 3 weeks. Once your shoot is scheduled, the images are delivered a few days later!
Can I try it out before subscribing?
Yes! Schedule a session like normal, and if you're unsatisfied with your images just contact us within 14 days of receiving your gallery letting us know why it didn't meet your expectations and we'll give you a full refund.
